Club Phoenix Health Fitness & Tanning is the health club you are looking for. Since our opening in April of '96, Club Phoenix continues to expand and evolve with the ever-changing world of fitness.

We boast a friendly atmosphere, attentive staff, accommodating hours, and a convenient location at the edge of downtown Victoria. Our fitness classes are known around town to be the best and our brand new equipment really sets us apart from our competitors. We are a proud member of the Better Business Bureau of Vancouver Island and have not received a complaint in the 12 years we have been in operation. Summer is closing in on us fast. Typically this is a time when some of you will forfeit your time at the gym in favour of outdoor activities. Keep in mind that cross-training is a highly effective strategy to improve overall performance. So even if you maintain a minimum of 2 days a week at the gym over the summer you will likely find that the transition back into a regular routine in the fall is that much easier.

PERSONAL TRAINING

Tired of spinning your wheels and not getting anywhere? Why not get on the fast track to reaching your goals by booking yourself a series of fitness assessments. Monitoring your progress is both motivational and the only way to really ensure that you will get the results you are after. As always you can get an annual consultation package (4 assessments every 3 months) for only $90. See the front desk if you are ready to make the commitment to yourself.
