GROUP FITNESS
With the new year comes the addition of 2 new group fitness classes. Friday mornings at
9:00 am will be home to Boot Camp starting on January 15th. This is a complete body workout, so be prepared. On Mondays
at 4:45 and Thursdays at 5:45 we are introducing Jump & Pump starting January 11th. If you like H.E.A.T. you will love
this interval workout! As always you can pick up a schedule at the gym on your next visit or check it out on the Group Fitness
page of our site.
