Proudly serving the West Shore, Club Phoenix Fitness has been helping the community reach their fitness goals for over 25 years. We are a locally owned and family-run health club committed to your health and wellness. We are here to help you lose weight, build muscle, tone and tighten, increase flexibility, return to health, and improve or maintain your fitness level.

We work with men and women of all ages with varying needs and fitness levels. Whether young or old, beginner or advanced, we can help you reach your goals.
