Can I try the club before I become a member?
Yes. Our 7-day try-before-you-buy trial membership lets you try the club absolutely free, with no risk or obligation, before you decide to become a member. We want you to meet our staff, meet the other members, and give us a chance to earn your business. At the end of 7 days, if we haven't earned your business then we don't deserve to have you as a member. Some terms and conditions apply. Get Your Free Week Trial Now!

Do I have to sign a contract?
No, we offer both a Pay As You Go and a 1-month membership along with our longer-term agreements. If you anticipate traveling or just don't feel that you are ready to get involved in a committed program then one of these options is for you. If you are committed to fitness and want to save money too, then our longer-term memberships are the way to go.

Is tanning included in membership?
Tanning is not included in fitness membership but may be added on at any time for as little as $20 per month. For more information, Click here!

How do I get started?
It's simple. Call the club or stop by and any of our membership consultants can help you choose the right membership for you and the paperwork only takes about 5 minutes.

Where are you located?
We are centrally located on the south side of Langford Parkway up behind Westshore Town Centre, across the road from Walmart.

How's the parking?
We have a number of spaces on our level directly in front of the club and overflow spaces in Andrew Sheret's lower parking lot between 5:00 PM and 6:30 AM. Parking is also available across the street at Aloyd Fitness Equipment up until 9:30 AM or all day at Walmart. Please be advised that we do share our parking lot with other businesses, so we kindly ask that you do not park in their marked stalls. Doing so could lead to your vehicle being towed.

Do you have lockers for day use?
We have plenty of free day-use lockers and an equal number of rental lockers for those who prefer to keep their workout stuff at the gym. Don't forget to bring a lock.

Can I book training or register for specialty programs by phone?
Yes. Almost everything we offer can be booked by calling the front desk at (250) 920-0300. Please note that payment is required to guarantee your spot in our specialty programs, so have your credit card information handy when you call.

How do I bring a guest?
Guests are always welcome at the club. If your guest lives in the club's marketing area and qualifies for our trial membership we will be happy to extend a 7-day trial pass to them.

Is there a reward system if my guest joins?
We do have a referral program in place that gives you free membership time if your guest joins the club. You can read all about the program on our referral page.

I am going away, can I put a hold on my membership?
Yes, this is called a membership freeze. Our Freeze/Cancel page provides details on how the freeze works for the various membership types. Learn more about the membership freeze.
