Personal Training at Club Phoenix is as dynamic as you want to be. Your training can be:
1. One on One Training
At Club phoenix we promote one-on-one personal training that is actually personal.
One on one training is your best opportunity to get the specific personalized attention
you need to reach your goals. We will select the trainer that understands your needs,
fits your personality and your availability. The number of sessions per week will depend
on your health, your goals and your availability.
2. Partner Training
With a friend or spouse, you can motivate and inspire each other, as well as share the
cost! See the competitive side come out as you push yourself to the limit yielding better
results – faster.
3. Group Training
With 3-5 friends. Enjoy the benefits of one on one training with the social and
motivational aspect of training in a group without getting lost in the shuffle of a large
group exercise class. Group Training proves to be an inexpensive way to benefit from
having a personal trainer.
4. Exercise Orientation
New to strength training? This is a basic introduction to some of the machines and more
common exercises that you will see in the weight room. With a focus on proper form and safety,
you will gain confidence as you learn different exercises that you can incorporate into
your workouts.
Hit a plateau? The exercise orientation is not just for beginners. If you are more advanced
you can achieve a more balanced workout and continue to see results by learning how to incorporate
new exercises and equipment into your strength training routine. Sometimes the smallest change
can make the biggest difference!
