The personal training programs created by our fitness professionals are both individualized and specific. All training sessions are pre-planned and custom-tailored by your fitness specialist to meet your specific needs, goals, personality, and availability.

We work with men and women of all ages and with varying fitness levels and goals. We also do extensive work with special populations including pre-natal and post-partum and individuals recuperating from injury.

The safety of our clientele is of utmost importance. Potential clients must undergo a fitness assessment and, in some cases, receive written clearance from their physician prior to being accepted as a new client.
