match. We offer a large selection of classes scheduled on a regular basis as well as specialty
programs for individuals looking for a challenging workout of a progressive nature. All of our
instructors are BCRPA certified to ensure the highest standard of instruction and safety. Classes
are open to all fitness levels, so you can work out at a pace that’s right for you.
