Freeze/Cancel
Need to freeze or cancel your membership? No problem. Simply come down to the club and
complete the required paperwork. A membership freeze or cancellation must be filled out
in person to ensure that your request is processed correctly.
Membership Freeze
If you are a Gold member, you may freeze your membership free of charge.
If you are on the basic membership plan, there will be a $5 freeze fee
for every month that your membership is on hold. Memberships may be put
hold for a minimum of one month up to a maximum of six months.
Standard (1 Year):
Your payments will continue as per our agreement and will be stopped for
a time equal to the duration of the freeze upon completion of your membership term.
Pay As You Go:
Your regular payments will stop for the duration of your freeze. Please note that a
membership must first be re-activated from a freeze before it can be cancelled.
Heritage (Term):
You will be credited membership time equal to the duration of the freeze.
Membership Cancellation
Standard (1 Year):
Early termination of your agreement is subject to a $90 cancellation fee (fitness
membership) or a $50 cancellation fee (tanning membership). In addition, 31 days
written notice is required; therefore, one more payment will be debited from your
account. You will have access to the facility for one month from the date of your
final payment.
