Tiffany
has experienced first hand the profound effects personal training can have on your life. As someone who did not grow up athletic and was lacking
confidence, the gym was a very intimidating place. It wasn't until she joined Club Phoenix and started working out with a Personal Trainer that she
discovered her passion for fitness. One might say it was love at first bicep curl. There was no looking back after that very first day. The strength
she gained through weight training spilled over into every aspect of her life. She began to have more confidence and energy and found herself
naturally making healthier choices. She began to eat, live and breathe fitness. It never ceases to amaze her how exercise can transform not only your
outside but your inside as well.
Tiffany cannot think of a more rewarding career than personal training. She believes that fitness should be fun and wants to show all of her clients
how to embrace their inner child. "We don't stop playing because we grow old, we grow old because we stop playing." Tiffany is certified through BCRPA
and TRX and is excited to continue her education in this ever changing industry. She loves to utilize a variety of training tools such as the Bosu
balls, TRX bands, free weights, and medicine balls. She believes that what you do in the gym should directly transfer over to your day to day live,
so she puts an emphasis on core and functional training.
As a personal trainer, Tiffany enjoys working with people from all different levels of physical fitness. She enjoys helping each client achieve their
own unique goals and makes the experience enjoyable. She wants to show each client how exercise can be something that they look forward to. Her
enthusiasm and love of fitness is contagious. Tiffany belives that everyone is worthy of living a healthy and balanced lifestyle. "If I can do it anyone
can."
