How It Works
Our 1.5 hour fitness consultation, with a certified Fitness Consultant, forms the basis of the program and of your
member experience. It is through this process that our Fitness Consultant will determine your overall fitness level by looking at areas such as stability,
balance, endurance, strength and power, mobility and then pair you up with the best program and fitness professional to
ensure your fitness results and your happiness.
Today many members work out 3 times each week with one of our certified Personal Trainers. Training keeps them at their ideal weight, looking great,
and more importantly feeling good about themselves. All Trainers are assigned clients by our Fitness Consultant, who attempts to make the perfect match when it comes to
personality and the required knowledge and areas of specialty that will deliver results.
Our Trainers don't just count sets or repetitions and train you the same way each and every time. They are qualified to develop progressive, challenging and
diverse routines that will address all areas of your fitness and well being. A Personal Trainer will:
Listen to your wants, needs and goals
Customize a program that fits your lifestyle and is supervised
every step of the way
Motivate you so you keep coming to the gym long after
you purchase your membership
Educate you on correct technique so you perform your exercises
safely and effectively
Give you fitness tips and information on the latest research

In the end, members who experience the Pro-Fitness Program remain committed to their facility 3-4 times longer than those
