Hayley Jewer
BCRPA Weight Training, ISSA Personal Training
Hayley
Jewer's love of sports began at a young age. For many years she played basketball and volleyball at a provincial level, while canoeing and
kayaking at a national level. "Playing every sport I could get my hands on as a kid was what kept me happy. I envisioned myself as a gym teacher
when I got older but decided that being a personal trainer would be the most effective way to help others become fit and healthy".
Hayley's passion for sports lead her to pursue an education in the fitness industry. To date she has completed courses in Certified Fitness
Training and has her Fitness Leadership Certification in Resistance Training. Hayley plans on furthering her education in the fields of nutrition
and business.
Hayley believes each person should always focus on progressive training when it comes to their health. "It's not just about one goal, because
there is no perfect goal when it comes to your health. By focusing on constant progression, you will embrace the benefits of being fit". She
also believes that challenging yourself and enjoying the effort it takes to achieve your goals is vital to success.
In her position at Club Phoenix, Hayley strives to find members a balanced and rewarding path to reach their health and fitness goals. It excites
her to map an individual's route to success, making sure that their experience is as enjoyable as it can be. She prides herself on helping clients
find their ideal training style and developing a strategy that excites and motivates them to accomplish their goals.
