Charlotte Kreeft
BCRPA Personal Trainer, Pre/Post Natal Specialist, Nutrition and Wellness Specialist
Charlotte's
love of fitness started at an early age. Throughout the years she has been involved in competitive sports, figure skating, volleyball, tennis,
basketball, skiing/snowboarding and track and field. At the age of 18 she found a passion for weight training and began her fitness education.
Charlotte is a certified group fitness instructor and enjoys teaching high intensity classes such as spin and bootcamps. To further her education
Charlotte became certified as a Pre & Post Natal Specialist with CanFit-Pro in 2006. She then began instructing Mommy Boot Camps and Strollerfit
classes in her community. The following year she earned her Nutrition and Wellness Specialist certification. Charlotte has worked with clients
ranging from the age of 12 to 95 years of age, and has rehabilitated many different injuries over the years.
With over 10 years of experience in the Fitness Industry, Charlotte continues to build on her passion and evolve in her field. She enjoys
challenging her clients with tools such as the Bosu, TRX, and stability boards. She believes a clean diet and a regular exercise regime will bring
strength to the immune system and keep the body functioning at optimal levels. She feels core strength and regular cardiovascular training is of
the utmost importance.
Whether Charlotte is teaching a class or training one on one with a client, she brings positive energy and encouragement. She believes that
everyone has the choice to lead a healthy and happy lifestyle. Some need a push and some need a pull but either way it is possible!
Testimonials
Here is what some of Charlotte's clients had to say...

It has been my pleasure to have Charlotte Kreeft as my personal trainer for the last 1 ½ years and in that time I have been a participant in
her group Boot Camp classes as well as our early morning (6:00 a.m.) training sessions!
Charlotte is an excellent personal trainer; she is very knowledgeable, creative, motivating and a delight to work with. The variety of equipment
that we have used ranges from hand weights, resistance bands, stability balls, core stabilizer, Fit Disc, TRX and any other items that are
outside that we can use for exercises (stairs, bicycle racks, benches and walls!!).
She is interested in your goals and helps you achieve them, not only through exercise, but also through diet and lifestyle changes.
Her workouts are always challenging and fun to do. She amazes me with the different exercise combinations she can come up with. Never think
that you have mastered an exercise and it will now be "easy" she's just waiting to introduce the next level of difficulty! She always demonstrates
an exercise and will ensure that your form is correct to avoid injury.
In a group Boot Camp setting, her instruction is clear and easy to understand. Her energy and encouragement extends to all members in the group.
The classes are fun, quick paced. You definitely get a good work out!
Through my time spent with Charlotte, I have maintained my weight loss, increased my fitness level and have found an exercise regime that I have
kept up with.
I would highly recommend Charlotte for any fitness instruction, whether it is a group setting, or one-on-one personal training.
Yours sincerely,
Michelle Bamford Victoria, BC

To Whom It May Concern:
I have had the opportunity and pleasure of training with Charlotte Kreeft over the past year and a half. When I first started with her, I only
planned to train with her for the two months before my wedding. After our first session I realized I was going to want to continue beyond that
time! Over the course of the past year, Charlotte has been amazing; she has taught me in many different capacities- one-on one sessions,
semi-private bootcamps and a variety of larger classes. She is an excellent instructor and a great motivator. After beginning my training with
Charlotte I quickly began to see physical results, and was soon scheduling my training and exercise to coincide with whatever Charlotte was
teaching. Her spin, TRX and bootcamp classes are all well planned, and very physically challenging. I have been a member of many gyms and have
attended many different types of classes. In comparison, I quickly found Charlotte's classes ensured both a full-body and targeted workout that
was more satisfying those offered by any other instructors.
Charlotte also began an outdoor bootcamp for a small group of my friends. In these sessions she was easily able to coordinate working with
people at varying levels of fitness with a small number of pieces equipment/ fitness aids in an outdoor setting while keeping it fun, interesting
and challenging for everyone involved. She is very gifted when it comes to providing multiple options for clients with injuries or at different
levels.
I have to admit I am very happy to be writing this letter of recommendation for Charlotte but at the same time I know that it means I may not be
able to train with her anymore, so it is bittersweet! Aside from her skills as an instructor, Charlotte is also a great person. She is friendly,
personable, encouraging, committed and funny and is able to relate to clients of all ages and fitness levels. Anyone would be lucky to work with her.
Sincerely,
Sarah Fletcher
